This is what people are asking us, and what you need to know before booking your stay at RHH

Rules of Operation:

1. Safety Rules

-All guests must wear appropriate safety gear, including helmets, seatbelts and eyewear when riding ATVS.

-Follow all designated trails and paths and adhere to safe speed limits and any signs at all times.

2. Trail Etiquette

-Stay on designated trails and avoid trespassing onto restricted areas or private property.

-Do not litter.

3. Guest Responsibilities

-Guests must sign a waiver, Release, and Indemnification agreement before participating in any activities on the property.

-Guests must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to ATV Riding.

​

4. Age and Supervision

-Guests must be of legal age and posses a valid driver's license to operate an ATV.

-Minor's must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

​

5. Hours of operation

- The property is open for ATV riding during specific operating hours. Guests must adhere to designated hours.

-Riding hours are from 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM.

6. Emergency Preparedness

-Guests should carry a mobile phone in case of emergencies and be aware of the properties emergency procedures.

- Incase of injury/emergency notify staff immediately.

7. Prohibited Activities

-No controlled substances allowed.

-No firearms, fireworks, or explosive materials of any kind permitted on the property.

-No reckless behavior will be tolerated.

-Smoking is not allowed inside the house during your stay at Roarin' Hills & Hollars.

8. Pets

-As of now, no pets are allowed at Roarin' Hills & Hollars.

​

What personal amenities are offered?

Limited cooking utensils, toilet paper, bedding, washer/dryer. Everything else must be brought beforehand/during your stay at RHH.

When is RHH open?

RHH is open Friday-Friday with a check in at Friday at 4:00 Pm and a checkout at 11:00 AM that following Friday. RHH only offers a week vacation stay, no select days and not just weekends.

How much is the Motorized Vehicle Fee?

Vehicle Fee at RHH is 100$ a day per vehicle, gas and other amenities is not provided by RHH for your vehicles.

Recreational BNB details?

-Our Recreational BNB is 1300 square feet, and sleeps 6 people Maximum. It is 2450$ for the all inclusive whole week stay at RHH.

-There will be a refundable 500$ Down Deposit for any potential damage to any items or property at RHH.

-Your reservation will be refundable if notice is provided at least 30 days prior to your reservation.

RHH Waiver:

Below is the Waiver form for RHH, physical copies will be provided upon arrival. Customers may also print and sign this PDF before check in time if preferred.
